If you’ve read any of my work in the past year or so, you may have noticed me using the words ‘Le Fun’ and ‘Le Duh’ without much in the way of extra context.

When we’re training on a day to day basis, 9 times out of 10, we are going to prioritize Le Fun (the optimal way that we can have fun in any moment).

This is a great way to be! We have to enjoy ourselves in anything that we do in life.

But for runners, it can also be a dangerous tight-rope to walk (sprint).
